Welcome to Mt. Rainier N Scale Model Railroad Club
Our site is divided into the sections below and we have listed them here to help you to better understand who, what and how we do our N scale modular model railroading.
History explains how the club came into being and a little of how we have progressed since the origin of this group of 1/160th scale followers.
Operational theme goes thru the mechanics of the layout system we employ during our shows. The major components besides the member's modules are the Ballard Y and Hazelton Yard. Our Loop modules section explains a venture we undertook to make the layout more flexible so we could fit in different show locations.
Members section introduces our clan separately and their modular acomplishments.
The Shows portion is a photo gallery of some of the past shows we attended around the Pacific Northwest and one of our highlights attending the National Model Railroader Assn. National Convention in San Jose during the summer of 2000. Also worth mentioning is Model Railroader Magazine's photo shoot which we did in 1999. The article came out in the November 2001 issue.
Shows 2020 is a list of our current show schedule for the near future.
Links is a variety of websites that are of interest to our group and could be for others, too.
